Privacy notice — The Royal Lily Lifestyle Center and Events We collect your name, contact details, event preferences, guest counts, and payment information so we can respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, book the venue, coordinate suppliers, and complete billing. We use this information only for event operations, customer service, collections, and legally required record-keeping. We share it only with staff who need it for their role and with suppliers you ask us to coordinate. We keep records only as long as needed for the event, accounting, and applicable legal retention periods, then dispose of them securely. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions, by emailing privacy@royallily.ph. We do not collect government IDs unless there is a legitimate, stated purpose for a specific transaction. This notice is provided under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173) and your right to be informed.
